Meet Our Ellington, CT Dentists Warren Zahner, DMD
Dr. Warren Zahner is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. After completing a residency at the Hartford Hospital Dental Clinic, he worked as an associate dentist in Rockville and Stafford, CT. In 1989, he opened his Ellington, CT practice. Dr. Warren is a member of The American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, and the Tolland County Dental Society. He serves as Associate Professor of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Connecticut Dental School and takes frequent dental mission trips to Haiti.
Dr. Warren enjoys his profession very much, especially the caring, long-term relationships he has developed with both his patients and his staff. He appreciates the opportunity to treat smiles of all ages and sizes – often even multiple generations in the same family! He loves it when people have a positive dental experience, and he works hard to make it happen by keeping up with the latest technology and advancements in dentistry. Most of all, he enjoys working alongside his two sons.
Dr. Warren is active in his church community and enjoys gardening, cycling, and traveling with his wife Bonnie. They have four children and 13 grandchildren.
After a distinguished 42 year career serving the Ellington community, Dr. Warren Zahner has retired. He still hopes to volunteer at a dental clinic in Hospital Lumiere in Bonne Fin, Haiti where he has been donating his time for many years. Dr. Warren will miss the caring, long-term relationships he has developed with both his patients and his staff. He has enjoyed working alongside his two sons in the business he founded. Dr. Warren remains active in his church community and enjoys gardening, cycling and traveling with his wife Bonnie, and spending time with his four children and 14 grandchildren.
